    basically the number that comes after it is its base HP. those are later generation pumpe-duese motors (late mk4 and mk5). mine is sadly an early gen mk4 with a 90hp base engine...but if im not mistaken its the most fuel efficient also.

    also i think the earlier mk4s (like mine) are the easiest to swap but ive never had to worry about that....yet.

    Thanks man. Appreciate it. What's the difference in the PD140s/150s/170s?
    I suppose I could google it, but I'm lazy. Haha.
