you need to get all the clear coat off the lips first, use aircraft paint remover, and a pressure washer, then you need to take the lips all the way down to 400 grit, then work your way up 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1500wetsand, and 2000wet sand, you must make sure they are 100% even on every single level of sanding. then use a bunch of polish (mothers) and a powerball and a drill and just work them for about an hour, should take about 3-4 hours a wheel
