    Nope, I only use those conduit for dumptubes on desperate days when I dont have 1.5 inch mild steel pipes. I never use them for any intercooler piping.... I did even know that they make 2.5 inch or 3 inch conduits??? I know about the coating issue. Thanks for the offer. I really dont like using this machine anymore. I want something with gas. I do however want to see some of your work with this welder. I've been using this welder for about 3 years now... well not always since I only do this on the side....

    hey man i have been reading your fab thread....

    if youd like some help getting those welds to look better hit me up. I have the same lincoln machine and can get it to weld like a tig. also are you using conduit from home depot for piping???? if so you might want to quit using it. heat from the turbo will cause the galvanized coating to flake off. its good for dps but not intercooler parts.
