    yea it will come with and yea it smokes a little but only because it needs rings and pistons and it shouldn smoke anymore

    i have a b18a1 has 184k grind in 3rd 4th is competely done but other than that starts up and still run just fine i sell u the longblock for $200 i let the motor go for $350 the motor still in my DA if want to test drive it and see for yourself whatever u want to do
