    Gas cap would throw a evap code. As for the misfire that could be a list of things. If you do the honda code jump with the jumper wire it will tell you the codes and I can send you all the info you need to do your test.

    Dont jump the gun yet. Do you have a multimeter on hand,if so I will send you the test to perform to figure if its a ecu or not. And if you send me the codes i can give you walkthroughs on how to figure there problems out

    fast idle thermo valve. Easy way to tell is to loop the lines from it but i cant seem to find a picture of it online. http://92lude.com/coolant_bypass.htm. Thats the best link I can find
