I don't think that is your problem. When your A/C is operating normally, the condensation will drip down a tube to under the car. This tube can get stopped up, it did on my old Camaro and would drip icy cold water onto the passenger's feet. You need to trace the water up under the dash or from the condensor till you find where the tube is loose/broken/clogged and repair that.

The leak you said above would make the water "room temperature" and happen all the time, not just with the A/C on.

Can you define "funny noise"?
