kempsville area in va beach to indian creek rd new country area of chesapeake to my friends house. its about 18 miles away. im looking to spend as least as possible. ran out of AAA tows. cheapest one i know is 60 for the hitch, free for first 5 miles, but then 2 for every additional mile. so cheaper than that
