as mentioned before, this has
nothing to do with your connection to the Internet (in your case your Cox connection). You are connected to your
local area network at that speed. Run an internet speedtest, like the ones on dslreports.com, to find out what how fast your internet connection really is. That screenshot, and all the others like it, say absolutely nothing about how great or crappy your ISP is. When you run a speedtest, you will get output something like the following:
