Mind you this only when im full throttle. My chain, even after i had tightened had already gone very very slack, and that too i dont know why. R6Buttercup and I took my front sprocket cover off to have a look at it, because the back was fine. All my teeth are on the front one, but the lock nut and washer are very rusty and coroaded (sp). Matter of fact, i cant even get the locknut off, it is literally stuck, my last option is to go buy a socket wrench set and get a 32mm bit to try and get it off, if that doesnt work i dont know what to do.
Any ideas how to fix these problems. I already have a 520 conversion kit on order (16 tooth front, 50 tooth rear, with a 520 regina gold chain). Could it just be a i need a new chain and that its lose? Some people thought it may be the clutch, but i dont drop out of gear, it stays in gear, its just feels like its skipping or something, but like i said, i have all my teeth, any suggestions?
I know this post is all outta order, but im remember to add shit as i go, sorry

1-may be the clutch like was stated. How many miles on the bike? How hard was it "used" before you got it? Does it only happen in the powedband (7-14k) or at all RPM's. I've only ridden 1 bike that had a clutch going and only heard it described a few times and from what I had heard it went like a car clutch did so it started slipping when under hard under gas and then slowly started slipping everywhere later on. It might be going out weird though. Get on it a few times and see if your RPM's go up out of sync with the mph in a specific gear. Just look for an open road without cars and get on it a few times while keeping your eyes on your speedo and tach. Or you could sit still and squeeze your front brake all the way and start letting the clutch out and giving it gas like you're going to do a burnout(without doing one) and see if it slips then. Just don't get to overzealous and actually do a burnout though unless you're into that type of thing
2-chain/sprockets....probably not as I've ridden a few bikes including mine that had very loose/shot chains and haven't gotten any of the same symptoms. My bro's katana had a 14 year old chain with tight spots that was about to come off the rear sprocket and it still didn't do anything weird like that. It had some surging and didn't feel right but that was mostly at slow speed.
3-that thing I mentioned the other night that happened on a buddy's R6 where the shaft that the sprocket goes on stripped out. The guy it happened to is crazyr6man on the coast riders board. Maybe cbr will know more about it. Just kind of weird it corroded on ya. You might as well check that out because you're going to have to take off the front sprocket later to put on the new sprocket(did you go down 1 in the front or up 2 in the rear when you ordered the kit?). Kinda doubt this is it though as it does sound like a clutch problem
4-I have no idea what else it could be besides the clutch or the weird thing that happened to matt. Its a weird problem and normally I can automatically guess what it is. Post up on cycleforums.com in the general sportbikes section as it gets a lot of traffic and there will be someone there that know what the prob is
