This is kinda late(from the 26th i believe)My friend was browsing thru the paper during lunch and came across the Loudoun Extra from the Washington Post. They were talkin about how people get together in Sterling on Friday nights for an "informal car show". and on page 13 it mentions the gatherings.

It states:

"On the first Friday of some months, Fairfax Town Center lends the top two floors of its parking garage to more then 100 new, imported cars and their younger, louder drivers, some of whom also go to Sterling"
