That's what his plates were. Silver eclipse (i think?).
I ran into him on 295 tonight.... wasn't really a clean run. I could hear him behind me hitting the throttle to make his bov go off..... I moved over to the next lane, he hit the gas, then I did... but there was a car in his lane in front of him so I let off thinking he would too.... kinda not fair to him I guess. Instead he went around the guy and got infront of me a half a car or so... then I got back on the gas and put a few cars on him before I let off.

I've seen him at richmond I think but can't remember what he ran.. of course that was awhile ago.

Anyways, he pulled off onto the pole green exit before I could slow down and talk to him.
