i feel really bad for her husband, to only have minor injuries and watch your wife die... if it were me i'd shoot the drunk driver in the head and then kill myself, having just lost my wife i really doubt i'd want to live the rest of my life in prison, and unfortunetly thats where you would go for doing the right thing... otherwise he'll just get max a few months in county summer camp
