ok, thanks for the reply. Ill most likely wait til paypal to do something, if they cannot, then me and the other guy who've got scammed will both report our local police stations and the guy who scammed us in cleveland, oh. hopefully he did in fact send out stuff out, but its been well over 10 days, long ass time to send some small stuff!!
