HMMMmmmmm... thats a good point, but i think i may have it advanced a little bit to much, becase i can feel my torque curve start at like less than 2000. i hit the gas and it has alot of tourque(for 2000 rpms) compared to normal. and what i have read is that with sohc, adjusting the cam gear, moves the torque curve, like adv. i think moves the curve to start lower, and end lower, so i am figureing, ret. starts later, therefore probably ending later, giving me all my power, more during vtec, when the car is at optimum power to begin with. the reason i want to change the curve to start at 4000, is my vtec is at 4400, and when i shift from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd. it only drops to 4000, so having alot of power below that, is almost pointless... or is my thinking flawed. thats the point of me asking. but thanks for the advice, and info.
