Let me say this again, by the time he turned the radar on I went past him. I wasnt doing 130 and I wasnt running from him. You can only run if they have there lights on, he did not!!! As soon as he got close I pulled over. The only reason he got me was because I did not run from him. I do have a witness also, he was in the pass seat. The guy was black and he was giving me all kinds of shit saying how he never got his first car untill he was out of school and how I was a dumb ass because I messed up my motor, they didnt know that the s2k has a start button, they tried to start it but they didnt know how. He told me that I was going to jail because he wanted to make sure that I was going to go to court. OH well I call my laywer tomorrow
