They just didn't want to stay together anymore. I went back to the Tweeter in Manassas where I bought it OVER A YEAR AGO. No service plan, no warranty. Nothing. I showed the guys at the desk, and told them that I had no receipt. I was also honest and did tell them how long ago I bought the sub. The rep tried looking me up in the system, but couldn't find me... He said that it wasn't a problem, went in the back, grabbed a sub, and swapped it out!! FREE OF CHARGE!!!
Circuit City, Safe & Sound, and (sorry Luis) Best Buy all would have told me to pound sand. These guys were professional, courteous, and kowledgeable... I ended up buying a new head unit while I was there too.
