Well then I hope you never chose to take up the sport of drag racing.
If I had $80,000 to throw around, I'd much rather have a $4,000 CRX that runs 11.80 on a stock 4-cyl than a 500hp car that wouldn't find traction until that crx has about a 2 second lead and pulling strong. And I'd still be walking away with $76,000 in the bank. Some of us like to build what we run, not buy it built for us.

If you are talking about just your every day car you drive to work, then I would pick the viper too. I think it's a beautiful car, and have always thought so.
Wait a minute, so you think a viper is a 13 second car? AND you think that a CRX, with THE ABSOLUTE WORST DRIVETRAIN PLATFORM EVER is going to catch more traction than a viper, with fat rear tires and great weight distribution? Get fucking real.
