It will take a little under 3 quarts and the drain and fill plugs are on the passenger side of the transmission. The drain plug is on the bottom and the fill plug is the one higher up and is a little larger.
Sounds pretty self explanatory to me. Also, make sure you get the fill plug loose before you drain it, sometimes they're a bith to crack.
