I've seen the car twice now at the corner of Bland and Jefferson. It's either a 95 or 96 and it's a turbo. It has the grey strip underneith the car, which in 95 and 96 was used on the turbo DSMs. They didn't swith to the wing until 97.

Unless the grey strip wasn't there and I was just seeing things, but yeah it had a shit load of stickers on it...
