You need to have those rotors turned or replaced. I perfer to replace with new ones it cost about the same anyways.
RSX rotors are not going to be anywhere close to what you would pay for someone to turn the rotor. Judging by the fact that his pads are already that low, I'm going to guess that they're already out of spec, and will have to be replaced. And get ready to shell out some cash. New rotors for mine were somewhere around $150 a piece.
