A few on stangnet have ran 13.5 on stock rubber. Hell a guy on the corral hit 13.01 stock..granted he never could run it again. Many have ran 13.5-13.8 bone stock.
HAHA thats 03 Cobra Territory. 12.9 is 03 cobra. SO you are telling me the same car w/ over 140 more HP.1 seconds faster WRONG. Stop believing what you hear on the internet. The fastest Mach one I have seen is 13.3 Stock. Not possible. I go by magazine times you car runs a 14 stock. End of story. Its always possible to get a tenth or 2 faster but not a second lol.
