Yea, the camaro with the engine work done to it revving was deafening...then the hondas and other imports answering it with a rev didn't help things at all. Permission means nothing when the whole neighborhood is filing noise complaints against where we have permission to be.
they had a cutout(the camaro), they finally quit when cops went by them
