read what i said... racer group in track days, not racing... yea racing on a true stree tire(not a DOT slick) would be dumb, but a set of good street tires are more than enough to ride hard enough to have fun at a track day, since its not a race and any modern good street tire is better than 99% of riders anyways, like i said if its a track bike go for it, but if its your street bike and your just doing an occasional track day then i don't see it being worth it to have to swap tires or rims, but then again i'm a lazy bastard
