yeah ever since people have been killed and seriously injured in the tunnels due to dui's and reckless drivers, the cops are out like wolves. i mean ive seen more under cover cars in a daily drive to and from work than i do in a week driving around nyc.

try to get in touch with the guys from the Decker law firm, theyre expensive but they are worth the price form what ive heard, they are the best in the area, you should be able to get their number from the norfolk yellow pages.
