So? I got good enough friends that would swear you hit the front of my Mustang last night....and knocked all the paint off.....or something......ahem...

Anyways, safest route is always a officer's report even if it was on private property. If its written down with a cop, it cant be really fooled with too badly if it comes to the courts.
