I can convert a PM6 (EF/CRX Si) ECU to vtec for you.
For the tranny, there are conversion linkages to use a hydro tranny in a non-hydro car, I'm not sure if they work for D-series stuff (most are targeted toward B-series swaps), but look around. Hasport and a few other companies make them..
