Default Re: 2005 track days with either TPM, Cornerspeed, or SBTT?

no its not opinion, its called physics, i mean i guess you can argue that the laws of physics are merely a set of largely accepted opinions, but i think we can both agree that they are fact and in that case i'm right and your wrong

i don't care what you have on video, first time ever i went to the drag strip on my 1000 i got beat by a F4, if someone had a video of that does that mean that F4's are faster than gsxr 1000's in the 1/4 mile? i also have a video of me doing an indicated 186 down the south straight passing 600's, so whats your point... is every liter bike in the world faster than every 600, no, i'm sure a 2005 600 with some mods and a small rider could pull on a stock early 90's zx9r with a heavy rider or something, but i'm a light guy on a fairly heavily modded 2003 gsx-r 1000, find me a 600 that is faster than that in a straight away, there is no such bike... and i'm not argueing that a liter bike always beats a 600 on a road course, if you take into account the turns then a more skilled rider on a 600 could very well beat the crap out of someone on a 1000, i also have video of me being the one passed by much smaller bikes(into turns or if i know they are back there and i let off for the straight sections), but in the straight away its just a matter of hp, weight, and aerodynamics, and the laws of physics, not skill as long as your both skilled enough to pull the throttle wide open... in your video it was either a case of someone not going WOT on their liter bike, letting off to let the 600 pass, or it simply was a newer higher modded 600 against a older liter bike, or you had a leprochon on the 600 and big pun on the liter bike... there is no 600 on the market that is faster than a TRUE modern liter bike(read: R1, gsxr 1000, 1000rr, zx10r) with equal riders in a straight away

go ahead and respond if you want, but i'm just stating facts so i mean you really can't argue with me and i would imagine at this point you have nothing to say, but i'd love to see how far you can go to you can twist my "opinions" so you can be right
