does the clutch pedal feel low? as in, does it feel normal, or is it real weak and you have to pull it up with your foot?

if not, then the springs in the hub are broken, and you will need a clutch replacement.

make certain the hyudraulic side is working first (signs of hyd. failure are low pedal, wont return up, and no fluid in the master cylinder)
