Oh ok. Now I see what you're asking. Some of the DSM ECUs have a replaceable EPROM, and some don't. The ones with EPROMs are reprogrammable (reflashing is for flash memory, not PROMs) with a new EPROM, just like OBD1 Honda ECUs. This all assumes you have access to some sort of tuner software to make a new .bin file for the ECU, or have somewhere to get "tuned" EPROMs. I have no experience with DSM ECUs, but I've heard the hardware mods are very straightforward. I can probably help you out with that if you can point me toward something that explains the mods. I think it may be as simple as removing the stock PROM and installing a socket in it's place for easy PROM changes.
