OK not only did I do a compression test and it read "0", you can definately HEAR that it has no compression. It doesn't "crank-crank-crank" it's just one long "craaaaaaaaaank" when you try to start it. I've definately got good fuel and spark. if you have spark, its not a broken camshaft, and that pretty much rules out a broken crank too. (i have had a crank break before between main journals, cyl 3&4 would go up and down, but the other two wouldnt. was cool as shit

)
my bet is going to be either burnt valve(s), bent valve(s) or its out of time. although.....i have had a stopped up convertor cause no compression before. no air out=no air in, no compression ability. took me a few hours to figure that one out!
i am curious myself as to what the cause is. let us know.

lol, sounds dumb but make sure the tools you have work first.
use your ears. an engine with no compression is easy to hear.
