The d16y8 is a vtec motor.....Check the stamp again on your block.Come back and then let us all know what motor you really have.Unless you have a d16y8 block with the y7 head.....Which I have seen a few times.Youll need a y8 headgasket/any sohc vtec head/any sohc vtec intake manifold and throttle body/and obd-2 sohc vtec dizzy/a vtec solenoid/you'll need the timing belt to be the same year as the head you have/ummmm a sohc vtec ecu/I haven't done one of these swaps in a few years so I might be missing a few things...but that will definately get you started.
