1) I've used it, it's not as polished as Hondata, but works well. It's been a while though.
2) You can tune it yourself and/or buy dyno time to tune it yourself. Some shops may tune for you IF they are familiar with it, and will stand behind it.
3) Chipping is the same as any other ECU, I can do that for you. Tuning time depends on how well you want it tuned, and what level of mods you have. It may take an hour, it may take 10 hours. It's the same with any car and any tuning method.
