Theres a place in oceana that people ride atvs at all the time.
I used to take my jeep through there all the time.

There aren't any no tresspassing signes or anything. Usually see peoples trucks with trailers parked out front.

It's in the back of a trailer park off of um shoot the road that takes you to base. Not oceana, its the road that the 7 eleven is next to. I'll pass word wheen I get the name of the road.
