Not that great for a street car, the vacuum issues suck.. Single TB works just as well on the street, the throttle response may not be as snappy but it should be better behaved..
If I was going to go through all that work, I would go the one step farther and make a plenum box around it for turbo use. At least then the drawbacks would be overshadowed by the extra ITB turbo fun.. You could make use of the second set of injector bosses that you'd have on that setup also.. Sounds like fun, anyone want to try?

Could have at least put a filter on it too..
