how much money are you working with? this kinda thing has been covered quite a few times. Long story short something like a T25 or t3 will spool nicely, a good tune on say 7-8 lbs of boost should make for a nice streetable car. However, in all D series motors the rods are the weekest point when boosting... If you have the money I recommend AT LEAST eagle h-beams or if you want to be ghetto you can use LS rods and have the block notched. plus do a search on here and look around on

JDM ZC rods = LS rod strength without having to do anything to the block. the rod bearings also dont take much abuse on the single cams. but like he said, single cam turbo has been beat to death so search here and honda-tech.
