Northern Parkway, as in Northern Parkway in Baltimore. Not worth the drive, unless you wanna get thrown around to 7 different spots by the Police only to see 2 races go off within a 2.5 hour time period.

Also, some people that I know who go down there have said there has been problems with stolen parts floating around down there and that people who show their rides down there have gotten them boosted within a short time after their appearance there.

By the way, don't say I've blown a spot b/c this spot made the front page of the Baltimore Sun not too long ago, and the police are already well aware of it as its been going on there for the past 3 decades.
