They can have nasty head injuries too.

I wear a helmet because I make the choice, however if I want to not wear one it should be my right.

I am correct that is it MY life to use and abuse, correct ?

Just like someone who eats, drinks, smokes or exercises themself to death, its all the same.

Life is the time between our birth and inevitable death, it should MY choice how I use up that time in between as long as I am not messing up other peoples lives.

If you or I want to take more personal risk then so be it, it isnt for someone else to decide unless they are going to stop the overeating, drinking, smoking and overexercising etc.

It's about personal freedom to live as you want to.
