Yea if you consider USDM ones I guess. When I hear "type r" I usually think of the RHD honda integra, from japan...I always forget to think there are USDM type-r's. Compared to what you're getting, they're expensive. Most of them I've seen go for at least $15k (if they're not modded) and the norm has been around 20-25k. All that for a 200hp car is crazy. Its all hype.
