The entire point of this thing is for quality photographers to take quality pictures of quality cars.
If someone wants to take pictures of random emo-faggy shit, they can just throw that shit up in eye candy. This is a car site, after all.
Allowing only approved members to create threads in the newly-created section is the entire point of having the section to begin with. It's supposed to be quality over quantity. If I wanted to see 50 million threads with shitty pictures in them, I can look in eye candy for that since there are plenty already.
