You need to make sure that you have fire at the wires first. If so make sure you have fuel at the rail. If you have both then you should be starting up. Like stated earlier, make ignition timing is correct and check to see if the timing belt was installed correctly. I have never seen flames come out of a t.b. before. That's one hell of a backfire! Do you have a check engine light?
