Re: *&^%^Dammit....broke a bolt off
Honestly getting that bolt out will be one of the hardest things you have ever done. The case is aluminum and that bolt is at least steel, I would either take it to a shop so you dont pull all your hair out or plan on taking some serious time to get it out carefully.
Start by getting a good sharp center punch and making an indentation in the very center of the bolt.
Next get a TINY little drill bit, VERY VERY small and drill a hole down the center of the bolt, at least a 1/2" deep, MAKE SURE you stay centered so with the larger size drill bits in the future you dont end up cutting out the side of the bolt.
keep stepping up the drill bit size until you can get a substantial sized "easy out" into the bolt, remember the more you drill out, the better as long as you dont cut through the bolt side.
BUY A GOOD EASY OUT, Snap-on or Mac or something.
insert the easy out and start turning and pray it comes out with that lock tite on there.
Worst comes to worse, you have to drill the bolt all the way out and retap the threads to a larger size.
Good luck
