I had a 95 in a 55 in VB. Without a lawyer I got a 30 day suspended licence, $500 fine, 1 year probation with 30 days of jailtime suspended. I got off easy compared to some. But then again my driving record was flawless prior to that. I actually had like posative 6 points up till then.

Since iv only gotten minor stuff. HOV lane violation, 41-30mph zone, Expired Plates and that's been it.

You will definatly need a lawyer. Just don't get a crapy one because many people who were in cort that day got worse punishments than I did and they had lawyers.
