Honestly, either listen to Shannon and call Randy or get ahold of Rotary Works. Randy's a really nice guy and haven't heard anything bad about his work. Rotary Works is a new shop that opened up in Florida. The guy's really cool, will do damn near anything you want to the motor and has REALLY good prices. A guy from Team FC3S got a motor rebuilt, ported and some other small mods for about $1400 I believe. It could've been even lower then that.
Everywhere else is going to cost some money.
