General rule of thumb is that the court system considers anything over 90 to be 'killing speed' and therefore, will throw you in jail 1 day for each mile per hour over 90. So if you were 18, you would probably spend at least 11 days in jail. Since you are younger, you will probably lose your license, get fined, and do some community service.
I would seriously get a lawyer and apologize to all of your friends for putting them in danger. Seriously, this is the kind of shit you hear about in the news (bunch of young kids die in serious crash after speeding, losing control, and slamming into a tree).
Yea I got caught doing somewhere around 120-160mph (cop was never really sure how fast I was going except that I was "walking away from him while he was doing 120mph".) The cop also proceeded to ask why I even hit the brakes and told me if I hadn't hit the brakes he would've never caught me.
The judge read my ticket and before he even started the trial said " son, if im reading this correctly, you ARE going to jail". Long story short, I spent 5 days in FFX ADC. The judge sentenced me to 90 days but suspended 80, in ffx you serve half the time so 5 days. I also had 6 months suspended license and a shitload of fines....hell I even had to PAY for jail.
