It will understeer on tight turns and actaully most low speed turns. On long sweepers if you are going ridiculously fast you will contrallably oversteer. Evo is a very easy car to drive at the limits and very predictable. But what I am saying is you will not loose performance if you are willing to go radical more then likely you will gain
