Depends on which part of Nova you go to. Down here in Burke, Toretto owns the streets.. but if you go towards alexandria, that's Johnny Tran's turf. There's some new guy, though. I think his name was Spilner or something. He's trying to take it ALL in his Supra. It's got parts from Japan and on top of that, has a 2JZ, no shit!
