I am in a 2000 civic EX coupe. What ecu will I need? Will I need any kind of tuning down to get it to run right? Will I be throwing any codes?
well 1950 for a long block without trans is a bad deal...what trans are u gonna get i have a ls trans that i have abused the crap out of for two years and its held up fine. wiring should not be a huge deal..if u get a obd 2 motor u wont have to convert to obd1 .if i were u though i save and get a vtec motor..like a gsr/type r / or maybe even a h22. i have a ls motor in my civic and its cool but the n/a no vtec seems very limitied unless i rebuild the entire motor.
