I know there are alot of people out there that thinks they know this swap, but really never worked with it.
My B20 is bone stock with a turbo kit bolted on. My best time is in my sig, but that was with my gsr tranny. With the ls tranny i have now i ran a 12.1@120 with a slipping clutch. When i had a bone stock B20b i ran a friend with a B16 hatch with some minor bolt ons and we stayed side by side on the interstate from about a 60-100 roll or so.
As far as money, a B20b swap will probably cost you less to do than any other motor simply because you can find a B20b long block for $700-$500.
