my stock 2002 altima was off by 3mph so even new cars are off. 3 mph could make a difference between wreckless and speeding i don't know what your ticket was for but if you were doin 22 over then off by 3, you could get just a fine+ court costs. i used Speedometer Calibration Center off VB Blvd 490-0775 and they will notarize it. i don't know if they can do 4wd though.
