I am under the mind set that no one under 18 should own a fast car, if you can't legally take responsibility for your own actions then you should not have a vehicle capable of taking others lives. I will grant you that you can kill someone with a honda civic but its a lot harder then say with a supra.
This is again coming from someone who owned a RWD V8 when he was young and every car I have owned except one was RWD and fast. I know how stupid I was.
